FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE
For landlords wanting complete peace of mind, this service takes care of all aspects of letting-out your property. Your property will be looked after by experienced qualified staff, which could save you money on avoidable costly repairs in the long term. We only use professional trusted contractors.
TENANT FIND SERVICE
Under the Tenant Find service, English Homes would provide the same initial service including the advertising, viewings, referencing, contracts and taking and lodging the deposit, along with collecting the first month’s rent. The tenancy would then be handed over to the Landlord to manage.
TENANT FIND SERVICE AND RENT COLLECTION
As above but with the addition of collecting the monthly rent payments, chasing late payments and associated paper work.
